Terms & Conditions for Reword

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Reword application ("Reword", "the App"), available on macOS, iOS, and Android, and developed and operated by Whybex.
By downloading, installing, or using Reword on any supported platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Description of the Service
Reword is a cross-platform application that helps users:
- Rewrite text using different tones, and
- Generate replies to messages using AI-powered language models.
Reword is designed to assist with writing and communication across devices. The App does not guarantee accuracy, correctness, or suitability for any specific purpose.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Reword.
By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Reword is available on:

- iOS
- Android
Features and functionality may vary slightly by platform, but the core service remains the same.
4. Use of the App
You agree to use Reword:
- Only for lawful purposes
- In compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws
- Without attempting to misuse, abuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the App or its services
You are solely responsible for the content you input into the App and for how you use the generated output.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Reword uses third-party AI services to generate rewritten text and replies.
- AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate in certain cases.
- Reword does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or reliability of any generated content.
- You are responsible for reviewing all output before using, sending, publishing, or relying on it.
Reword should not be used as a substitute for professional advice, including legal, financial, medical, or other regulated advice.
6. Free Usage & Limits
Reword offers a free tier with usage limits.
- Usage limits may differ by platform or region.
- Limits may change over time.
- Reword may introduce paid plans, premium features, or subscriptions in the future.
- Excessive or abusive usage may result in temporary or permanent restriction of access.
7. Intellectual Property
- Reword, including its software, design, branding, and trademarks, is the property of Whybex.
- You retain ownership of any text you input into the App.
- You also retain ownership of AI-generated output, subject to applicable laws and the terms of third-party AI service providers.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the App or any part of it without prior written permission.
8. Privacy
Your use of Reword is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is handled across all platforms.
9. Third-Party Services
Reword relies on third-party AI providers and infrastructure services to operate.
- These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
- Reword is not responsible for outages, errors, changes, or limitations caused by third-party services.
10. Availability & Changes
We may, at any time:
- Modify or discontinue features
- Change usage limits or pricing
- Add or remove platform support
- Release updates or new versions of the App
We are not obligated to provide advance notice of such changes.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Reword and Whybex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
- Use of the App is at your own risk.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Reword if:
- These Terms are violated
- The App is misused
- Continued access poses a risk to the service or other users
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
